To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animal Atlas Studio’s total direct liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be capped at the lower of: (a) the amount you paid to use the Site in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

8. Indemnification
